A one-on-one acupuncture session. You will spend the first portion of your session talking with your acupuncturist and having the needles inserted. The second portion of your session is spent relaxing and allowing the needles to do their work.

Frequently Asked Questions

Wear or bring comfortable clothing that is easy to move around in. For a watsu appointment, bring a comfortable bathing suit and anything you might need to get ready after the session (hair brush, blow dryer, etc). Check your email and complete our intake form which asks for contact information, health status, and medications.
You can reschedule using our online scheduling system, Jane. You will be able to see upcoming appointments and an option to reschedule or cancel appointments. You can also call us to reschedule. We are currently not contracted with any insurance companies. You may request a superbill to send to your insurance company if you have out-of-network coverage.
