An ancient Chinese medicine where hair-thin needles are inserted into specific acupuncture points throughout your body. Acupuncture restores the flow and balance your body’s energy to stimulate healing and promote relaxation.

You will spend the first portion of your session talking with your acupuncturist and having the needles inserted. The second portion of your session is spent relaxing and allowing the needles to do their work.

Frequently Asked Questions

Wear or bring comfortable clothing that is easy to move around in. If you have a watsu appointment, bring a bathing suit and anything you might need after being in the water (hair brush, hair dryer, etc). Check your email and complete our intake form which asks for contact information, health status, and medications.
You can reschedule using our online scheduling system, Jane. You will be able to see upcoming appointments and an option to reschedule or cancel appointments. You can also call us to reschedule. The physical therapy clinic phone number is (360) 371-3888 and the wellness spa phone number is (360) 922-0091.
You can cancel online through Jane up to 24 hours before your appointment. For late cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment, you need to call the spa at (360) 922-0091. We charge 50% of your service cost in the event of a late cancellation. No shows are charged 100% of the service cost.
