Get moving and make new friends at our group fitness classes. Joining a class can be a great way to get out in the community while staying accountable to your fitness goals.

Our Active Renewal class is a full body workout for active older adults that uses light weights, resistance bands and exercise balls to increase your strength and improve your stability so you feel stronger and more balanced in your daily activities. The workout includes resistance training and flexibility exercises with an emphasis on movement mechanics and plenty of friendly fun to help you achieve an Active Life, Healthy Body, Peaceful Mind. Please wear comfortable active wear and athletic shoes and bring a water bottle and yoga mat (if you have one.) Arrive 10 minutes before class to check in.
