It is designed to release tight fatigued muscles and joints. Pure essential oils will be used to help reduce pain, release toxins and improve circulation and promote healing.

Wear or bring comfortable clothing that is easy to move around in. For a watsu appointment, bring a comfortable bathing suit and anything you might need to get ready after the session (hair brush, blow dryer, etc).
