Policies
These policies apply to all guests at 7 Elements Wellness Spa. Our goal is for everyone to have a safe, happy, and relaxing visit.

Payment Policy
You agree to be financially responsible for all charges regardless of any applicable insurance or benefit payments, third-party interest, or the resolution of any legal action or lawsuits in which you may be involved. Payment is expected at time of service unless you have made other payment arrangements with us.
Cancelation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the practitioner’s day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of their session fee. Patients who miss their appointment with no notice will be charged 100% of their session fee.
Check-in Time and Lateness
Your appointment begins at the scheduled time. Please fill out your intake paperwork beforehand via email or come 10 minutes early to complete it. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule or shorten your service time. Full price still applies to sessions that are shortened due to lateness (for example, starting 15 minutes late into a 60 minute massage.)
Age Guidelines
Minors from 16-18 may come to the spa on their own with written consent from a parent or guardian. Minors from 13-15 may have a massage or facial with written consent from a parent/guardian and a parent/guardian must be on the premises. Minors under 13 may have nail treatments with signed consent from their parent and a parent present.
