7 Elements provides world class Manual Therapy and Spa services to ensure our patrons can enjoy life to the fullest, whether that be recovery from injury (long term or recent) at our Physical Therapy clinic; or relaxing and rejuvenating in our beautiful custom built Spa.

After nearly 20 years of working in out patient Physical Therapy, our owner and founder Natalie dreamed a dream of creating a world class location to provide relaxation and healing services for mind, spirit and body. With masters degrees in Biomechanics and Physical Therapy and multiple additional certifications in Myofascial Release and Watsu, Natalie brings a world of experience.

Our PT clinic opened in mid 2021 with a focus on identifying the root cause of pain and injury and using a combination of hands on manual therapy along with strength and mobility conditioning to rehabilitate joints and muscles; and re-educate neural pathways.

Our Spa opened in 2022 and provides Massage, Watsu, Skincare and Nail services. Located on Birch Bay Drive we have a panoramic view of Birch Bay from our Retail area and Nail Care salon where you can enjoy those stunning Birch Bay sunsets. We have the only dedicated Watsu pool north of Seattle where you can relax and unwind in 96 degree water guided by the expert hands of Natalie. We also offer a full range of Skincare and Massage services from our Master Esthetician Nicole and our Massage Therapists, Lauren and Lisa.
